I am looking forward to a September class at the Art Student's League in Manhattan where I will be studying with world renowned portrait painter Nelson Shanks. He has painted portraits of Princess Diana along with Pope John Paul II. In researching him a bit I found a great picture that someone from another blog (http://world-market-portraits.blogspot.com) posted which featured pictures of his palette. I also took the liberty of posting a list of all the colors he uses. I've read that he utilizes some 26 or so colors. Enjoy!
